Do I need a developer to build my shop?
No. Studio is a visual editor: pick a design, drag sections in, type on the page and publish. You can add your own HTML if you want to, but you never have to.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Point your domain at CloudMart24 and SSL is set up automatically, for free. Until then your shop runs on a free cloudmart24.com address.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, plus cash on delivery. Cashfree, PayU and PhonePe connectors are in beta — tell us if you use one of them.
Does CloudMart24 handle GST?
Yes. GST is worked out after discounts, invoices can carry the buyer’s GSTIN, and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are built from your real orders, with Tally, Zoho Books, Excel and portal exports.
Can I sell on Amazon, Flipkart and Instagram too?
Google Shopping and the Facebook catalogue work today. Amazon, Flipkart and Instagram connectors are built and in beta — we switch them on with stores that have seller accounts.
Will the AI change my shop without asking?
Never. AI drafts pages, product wording, posts and translations for you to review. Nothing is saved or published until you say so.
Is there a mobile app?
Every shop is an installable web app with its own name, colours and icon, so customers can add it to their home screen. There is no app-store app yet.
How much does it cost?
Starter is ₹1,499 a month, Growth ₹5,499 and Scale ₹9,499, all plus 18% GST. Paying for a year up front brings them down to ₹1,299, ₹3,999 and ₹7,999 a month.
