1. Who we are
Zymofar Dynamic Products Private Limited ("CloudMart24", "we") runs the CloudMart24 platform. Registered office: C-55, KSSIDC Industrial Estate, Veerasandra Industrial Area, Hosur Road, Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru 560100, Karnataka, India. Contact: info@zymofar.com.
This policy explains how we handle personal data of store owners, their team members, people who contact us, and visitors to cloudmart24.com, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Personal data of the shoppers who buy from stores on the Platform is controlled by each store (the Merchant). We process it on the Merchant’s behalf, as described in the Shopper Data Terms. Each store’s own privacy policy explains how that store uses it.
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored only as a secure hash), business name, address and GSTIN.
- Billing details: plan, payments, invoices and bank or payment references. We do not store card numbers.
- Usage and security data: IP address, device and browser, log-in times, actions in the store admin, and security events such as failed log-ins.
- Messages: emails, enquiries, demo requests and support conversations.
- Keys you enter for third-party services, stored encrypted.
- Agreement records: which version of our terms you accepted, when, and from which IP address and device.
3. Why we use it
- to create and run your account and verify your email with a one-time code;
- to provide the features you use, including AI features and third-party connections you switch on;
- to bill you and issue GST invoices;
- to keep the Platform secure — for example to limit repeated log-ins and block attacks;
- to answer you, give support and send service messages about your account, billing and changes to our terms;
- to improve the Platform; and
- to meet legal, tax and regulatory duties.
Where the law requires consent, we ask for it, and you may withdraw it at any time — this does not affect what was done before.
6. Security
We use reasonable security practices — including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted third-party keys, role-based access, rate limits and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that data will never be accessed without permission.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active. After an account is closed we delete or anonymise it, except where we must keep records for longer by law — for example tax and invoice records.
8. Your rights
You may ask to see a summary of your personal data, to correct or update it, or to have it erased, and you may nominate someone to act for you. Write to info@zymofar.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to our Grievance Officer and, after that, to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
The Platform is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version and date at the top show when it last changed; important changes are also announced by email or in the store admin.
