1. An online service
CloudMart24 is software delivered over the internet. We do not ship any physical goods. The service is delivered by giving you access to your store and store admin at https://admin.cloudmart24.com.
2. When you get access
- Sign-up: your account and store are created as soon as you confirm your email address with the one-time code we send.
- Paid plans: a plan starts, or is renewed, once your payment has been received and confirmed. Bank transfers can take up to one working day to confirm.
- Your own domain: a store on your own domain goes live once your domain’s DNS points to us and the security certificate has been issued, which can take up to a day after DNS changes.
- Setup help: if you book onboarding help, we agree the dates with you.

3. Delivery of orders from a store
Delivery of products ordered from a store on the Platform is the responsibility of that store, under its own shipping and delivery policy, using its own courier or delivery staff. CloudMart24 does not deliver those orders.
