In plain words
- Prices are plus 18% GST and paid in advance, monthly or yearly.
- Prices can change with 30 days’ notice, from your next renewal.
- Every third-party service — gateway, courier, messages, domain, marketplace, AI — is paid by you, directly to that provider.
This summary helps you read the text below; it is not part of it.
1. Prices
Current plan prices are shown on cloudmart24.com/pricing. All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added to every invoice.
2. Billing periods, due dates and renewals
- You pay in advance for the billing period you choose — monthly or yearly. The yearly price is a single payment for twelve months.
- Each period has a due date. The next period must be paid in full on or before that date; part payments do not renew a subscription.
- If payment is not received in full, the store may be suspended from 3 days after the due date, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
- Moving to a higher plan takes effect when the new plan is paid for. Moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next renewal.
3. Invoices
Every payment receives a GST invoice from Zymofar Dynamic Products Private Limited (GSTIN 29AACCZ0391E1Z9). Give us your legal business name and GSTIN before you pay so that you can claim input tax credit.
4. Price changes
Prices may change at any time based on market conditions and the cost of the resources needed to run the Platform. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the store admin. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice; a period you have already paid for keeps its price. Tax-rate changes apply from the date the law sets.
5. Third-party costs — paid by you, directly
Our subscription covers the CloudMart24 software only. Services from other companies are contracted and paid by you, directly to the provider, under that provider’s terms. These include, for example:
- payment gateways — transaction fees, settlement charges and refunds (for example Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe);
- couriers — shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees and remittance terms;
- messaging — WhatsApp Business conversation charges, SMS charges (for example MSG91) and email sending;
- marketplaces and social channels — commissions, listing and advertising fees (for example Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, Google);
- your domain name registration and renewal;
- AI usage with your own provider key, or beyond any allowance included in your plan;
- video hosting, analytics, advertising and any other service you connect.
We do not collect these charges, add a margin to them, or control them, and we are not responsible for any change in them.
6. Refunds
Fees are not refundable. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
