Good to know: Delhivery is proven with real shipments. Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express and XpressBees are built and switched on with the first stores that connect their accounts.

    Open Couriers

    Open Couriers under Store. Each courier shows whether it is ready and In use or Off.

    Enter your account details

    Press Details on a courier, fill in what that courier gave you, and press Save details. A courier can only be switched on once its details are complete.

    Act on failed deliveries

    The Failed deliveries tab lists parcels the courier could not deliver. Tell the customer sends them a message; Ask for another try asks the courier to attempt it again.
