The video has no sound: the captions on screen explain each step, and every step is written out below with a picture.

    Plan the sale

    Open Live Commerce under Customize, choose Live sales and press New sale. Name it, say who is on camera, keep Your own live link (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), set the time and paste the link to your live video. Press Create the sale.

    Add the products

    Press Open on the sale. Under Products, find each product, give it a Live price if you like — lower than the usual price — and press Add.

    Go live

    At the time, press Go live. While you talk, mark the product on screen with Showing this, and answer viewers’ questions in Chat.

    End and see the report

    Press End the sale. Report shows viewers, chat and the orders the sale brought in.
