  1. 1

    The overview

Open Money in under Money. The line at the top says how much reached the bank and how much is still on its way; the cards split it into Card and UPI, Cash on delivery and Money back out.

  2. 2

    Bank payouts from Razorpay

On Bank payouts, press Fetch from Razorpay to bring in its settlements, or Import a report to load the settlement file from your gateway’s dashboard.

Each payout shows its fee and tax; Lines shows which orders it paid for. A line that could not be placed gets Match to an order.

  3. 3

    Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery lists delivered orders whose cash the courier has not paid you yet.

When a courier pays you, choose the Courier under Import a courier payout report, add their reference and the bank UTR, choose their file and press Import — the orders are marked as paid over.

    Step 3: Cash on delivery
  4. 4

    Credit notes and store credit

Credit notes are made by themselves when a return is refunded or an invoiced order is cancelled — the GST-correct record of money going back.

Store credit shows customers who hold credit; Ledger lets you add or take back an amount with a reason.
