    Open Reviews

    Open Reviews under Store. It opens on Waiting for you — reviews not yet on the shop.

    Approve a review

    Press Approve. The review appears on the product’s page, and its stars count towards the product’s rating.

    Reply

    Press Reply, write your answer and press Save reply. It shows under the review in your shop.

    Hide or delete

    Hide takes a review off the shop but keeps it here. The bin deletes it for good — keep that for spam.

    The tabs On the shop, Hidden and All show the rest.
