Before you start
- An email address you can open now, on this device or your phone.
- The name of your shop. The web address is made from it, so check the spelling.

Open the sign-up page
On cloudmart24.com press Create your store, or go straight to admin.cloudmart24.com/register. The page is headed Create your account.

Type your name, email and mobile number
Fill in Full Name, Email and Mobile Number. Use an email you can open now — the code goes there, and it becomes your sign-in.

Name your store and check its web address
Type the Store name. The Store web address fills itself in from it and ends in .cloudmart24.com.
Wait for ✓ Available. If someone has the address already, change it — lower-case letters, numbers and dashes only.
Good to know: You can add your own domain, such as yourbrand.com, once the store exists. See the guide Connect your own domain.

Choose a password
At least 8 characters, with a letter and a number. The line under the box changes to Strong enough when it is.
A password that has leaked from another website is refused, even if it looks strong.

Agree to the terms
Tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Pricing & Billing Policy. Each name is a link that opens the policy in a new tab, so you can read it first.
Continue → stays grey until every box is filled and the box is ticked.

Press Continue
Press Continue →. Nothing is created yet: CloudMart24 first emails you a six-digit code to prove the address is yours.

Type the code from your email
The page changes to Check your email. Open the email from CloudMart24 and type the six digits into Six-digit code. The code works for 10 minutes.
No email? Look in spam. After the countdown you can press Send another code — then only the code in the newest email works.

Create the store
Press Confirm and create my store →. Your store is made and you are signed in.

What happens next
- Your store now has its .cloudmart24.com address, but shoppers see nothing until you finish the four setup steps and publish.
- Next time, sign in at admin.cloudmart24.com with the same email and password.
Questions
The email with the code never came.
Look in spam and promotions. After the countdown press Send another code and use the code in the newest email. After five codes in an hour you have to wait before asking again.
It says that email already has an account.
Each email address can own one store. Sign in instead, or press Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
Do I need a GST number to sign up?
No. You can add it later under Settings → General, before you start sending GST invoices.
