Each product’s pack size is a number and a unit — 500 g, 1 l, 30 tablets. This list decides which units the product form offers.

    Open Units

    Under Product Master, open Units. Every store starts with ml, l, g, kg, pcs, pack, set, pair, tablets, capsules and sachets.

    Add a unit

    Type it in New unit, e.g. sachets and press Add.

    Put them in order, remove what you never use

    The arrows move a unit up or down the list; the bin removes it. Put the units you use most at the top.

    Save

    Press Save. The product form offers the new list straight away.
