Shop design (Studio)Share a draft page for approval

Working with a designer, a partner or a client? Share a page before it goes live. They do not need a login: the link opens the draft, where they can leave notes and approve it.

    Open Notes in the editor

    In the page editor press Notes, then the Share for review tab.

    Make the review link

    Fill Who is it for? and how many days the link Works for, then press Make the link and copy it. Send it on WhatsApp or by email.

    What the reviewer sees

    The link opens Reviewing the draft. They press Add a note on any part of the page, and Approve this page when they are happy.

    Work through the notes

    Back in Notes, each note has Show the section and Done. An approved page shows ✓ Approved by … on the Pages tab.
